- Long fermentation period in a heat-controlled stainless steel vat. No grape stomping, rather a gentle extraction of the juice.
- 14 months in an oak barrel. 25% new barrels, 25% 1 wine barrels, 25% 2 wines barrels, 25% 3 wines barrels.
- Bottled on our property without any fining or filtering.
